I accepted this role in a state of burnout and compassion fatigue. There are many days I wonder if I made the right decision or should have taken time off to heal after toxic environments, covid, all the things.

Meet Erin:

I am a mission-driven leader who gave everything for an unforgiving, ‘round the clock job that I loved. Ever been there? If I gave the corporate office 100% occupancy, that would be enough, right? Wrong. I never felt enough. So with 20 years in the Senior Living Industry, I created a place where executive directors can grow into leaders who get incredible results and thrive personally. I’ve been in your shoes as an Executive Director. I’ve led teams to record-breaking occupancy, near-perfect survey scores, and award-winning workplace cultures. But what changed my life the most was a group program that taught me how to invest in me. So I created that, but specifically for leaders of senior living communities. 

 

Meet Aaron:

With 30 years of expertise leading and developing innovative, resident-driven hospitality experiences– I’m passionate about helping leaders find success, create culture, and be their best. I’m also the Founder and CEO of Trestle Hospitality Concepts and podcast host of "Tips from Trestle.” I believe that when you can elevate the experience for residents, families, guests, and employees– you can also create a career where you’re raising the standard at work and how you feel outside of work.

Can I hop in anytime?

This is an 8 week cohort that has an end and start date. 

Is this 1:1 Coaching?

No this is a group mentoring program. You will be with other senior living leaders in a weeklyvirtual group co-hort. There is an option for 1:1 coaching with Erin Thompson. 

Is there a cirriculum?

Yes, there is but we also have an opportunity to bring real time questions and challenges you are facing and get the advice and mentoring from the group.
